The form may collect your name and role, business email, phone number, clinic or organisation name, country, information about your current systems and a description of your goals.

Do not submit patient records, medical information or other special-category personal data through this form.

3. Purposes of processing

We use the submitted data to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, discuss integrations, prepare a pilot project and continue business communication related to your request.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent and, where applicable, on taking steps requested by you before entering into a business or contractual relationship.

5. Data recipients

Data may be accessed by authorised TMH Lab employees and representatives and by infrastructure, hosting and email-delivery providers required to operate the website and process your enquiry. We do not sell data submitted through the form.

6. Retention

Business correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, arrange a demonstration or pilot, continue related business communication, resolve possible disputes and comply with applicable legal requirements.

7. International processing

Some technical infrastructure providers may process data outside Georgia. Where this occurs, the processing and transfer are handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your data, correction or completion of data, termination of processing, erasure or blocking of data, and withdrawal of consent.
